Renovation of the hospital's reception and common areas included:
- Tiling of the ground floor, encompassing the reception and common areas.

This 20,000 sqft warehouse has been creatively converted into a spacious two-story office space, featuring 240 workstations, 6 bathrooms, a dedicated training area, a fully-equipped industrial kitchen with a professional chef, and expansive entertainment zones.
The scope of the project included:
- The conversion of the warehouse into a functional office environment.
- Installation of a brand-new HVAC system for optimal temperature control.
- Introduction of contemporary gypsum flat ceilings with elegant track lighting.
- Supply and installation of over 1800 square meters of large-format floor tiles, adding sophistication to the space.
- A comprehensive upgrade of plumbing and drainage systems to accommodate the industrial kitchen and the addition of 6 modern bathrooms.

A remarkable transformation has elevated this 8,500 sqft office space from its conventional appearance into a highly sophisticated and modern workspace.
The project's key features included:
- Removal of the raised floor and raising the floor level by 30cm using foam concrete, creating a more spacious and contemporary ambiance.
- Installation of large format tiles that stretch across the entire office area, infusing an elegant aesthetic.
- Extensive wood paneling and joinery work throughout the office, introducing warmth and style to the workspace.
- Outfitting the interior offices with smart glass panels, enhancing the modernity and versatility of the working environment.

This project began from the ground up, transforming a shell and core space into our showroom. Every aspect of this project reflects our commitment to perfection and attention to detail.
The scope of the project included:
- Dividing the offices into two distinct concepts: one featuring an open ceiling and the other with a closed ceiling
- Implementing extensive enhancements to the closed ceilings, incorporating track lights, spotlights, and various types of shadow gaps
- Coating the open ceilings in black and outfitting them with stainless steel cylinder HVAC ducts
- Undertaking a comprehensive renovation of the bathrooms, resulting in a visually stunning appearance akin to a magazine-worthy layout.
- Adorning half of the floors with large format tiles while installing solid wood floors in the remaining portion
